About the role
As a Strata Management Accounts Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll take ownership of handling multiple sets of accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
What you will be doing:
- Handling full sets of accounts across multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing monthly financial and management reports, and bank reconciliation within stipulated deadlines.
- Preparing audit schedules and addressing auditor queries for annual statutory and audits.
- Preparing quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Qualified in accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!).
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
- Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
