Jurong East (island-wide pickup service provided)
Salary:
$2.5K (contract period)
After conversion (AL 21 days, MC 28 days + VBs)
Working Hours:
5-day work week (Mon to Fri, 830am – 530pm)
Core Responsibilities (Training given):
Working for a major holding company, under the healthcare business unit for distribution of pharmaceutical products to assist in handling client phone calls and order processing.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow and adhere to work processes and SOPs in performing day-to-day tasks.
- Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline).
- Document and record customer details, queries and complaints.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer queries/complaints as per SOPs and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution.
- Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues.
- Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports to respective departments or management on all the cases logged in system.
- Maintain up-to-date information on processes, products, price lists, etc.
- Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customers.
Requirements:
- Have Call Centre/ Customer Service or order processing experience
- Minimum Nitec, do note that this is not a purely call centre assistant role but is more on order processing
- Handle sales orders, customer and client enquiries/complaints
- Provide high service levels to the respective customers and clients
