As a Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead the design and implementation of specialized modules within organisation's new Healthcare Management System.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications (Epics) and user stories for developers and designers.
- Engage in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications to ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation as needed.
- Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare and digital transformation.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
