Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes.
- Work with 3D visualiser to develop detailed design plans and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers during implementation.
- Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
- Incorporate ergonomic and functional elements into interior layouts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Managing sales by developing business plans.
- Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.
- Find and Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.
- Assist the Design Director on projects to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.
Requirements
- At least Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or a related field in an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Interior Design industry, candidates with experience in private condominiums, landed properties and commercial projects will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD and related software.
- Experienced in construction drawings.
- Candidates with direct sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently and speak with confidence.

- Draft out plans, layouts, and budgeting.
- Brainstorm theme / conceptual design.
- Detail oriented.
- A good team player.
