We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving brand growth, increasing conversions, and managing the brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be adept at content creation, video editing, influencer collaboration, and handling online inquiries to support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment (ROI).
2. Content Creation and Management
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Create and edit compelling user conversion content using tools like Canva, CapCut, and other video editing software.
- Develop user-generated content (UGC) in collaboration with influencers and customers to drive authentic brand engagement and trust.
3. Video Editing and Design
- Utilize Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools to produce engaging UGC videos that align with the brand's voice and conversion goals.
- Work closely with influencers to create and edit content that is optimized for social media platforms.
4. Community and Influencer Management
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to create authentic content and extend brand reach.
- Handle and respond promptly to online enquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms to foster customer relationships and support sales efforts.
5. Campaign Optimization and Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
6. Sales and Conversion Focus
- Drive social media strategies aimed at increasing conversions, traffic, and sales.
- Develop and implement content that supports sales goals, including promotions, product launches, and special campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with broader sales initiatives.
7. Leadership and Collaboration
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing insights and strategies to enhance overall team performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the HR Operation & Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Collaborate with the beauty consultants to ensure consistent brand messaging and high service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, focusing on managing channels, driving conversions, and handling UGC content
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other video editing tools
- Experience in creating engaging content and maintaining an active social media presence to increase engagement (e.g., more stories, interactive posts)
