We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who is skilled in driving conversions, increasing sales, and engaging our online community. You will lead our social media strategy, create impactful content, manage campaigns, and handle customer inquiries to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion-Driven Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and convert followers into customers.
- Identify and target high-potential customer segments with content that meets their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales goals.
- Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in driving sales.
2. Content Creation and Optimization for Sales
- Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, ads) designed to drive conversions, including product promotions and special offers.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software to design visually compelling content tailored for different platforms.
- Regularly analyze content performance to adjust strategies and maximize engagement and sales.
3. Community Management and Customer Engagement
- Actively manage the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address enquiries and feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.
- Handle enquiries from social media channels, guiding potential customers towards booking appointments or making purchases.
4. Social Media Advertising and Campaign Optimization
- Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed sales objectives.
5. Lead Management and Sales Support
- Implement systems to track and follow up on leads generated through social media.
- Work with the sales team to refine lead management processes and improve conversion rates.
- Provide insights from social media engagement to improve products and services.
6. Trend Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Adapt strategies based on changing trends and user behaviors to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance engagement and drive sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), with experience in community management and customer engagement.
- Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
