- Position Title: Project Coordinator/Project Admin
- Working Location: Commonwealth
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Up to 2 months of Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations after obtaining costing from the Engineering team.
- Receive and process purchase orders from customers, ensuring their accuracy and timely fulfilment.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure adherence to applicable codes, industry practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Work closely with team members and managers to identify and resolve issues as they arise during project execution.
- Engage daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, representing their interests in the field.
- Create and manage budgets and other essential documents for the company, ensuring they are accurately maintained in databases.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Manager and other project participants to provide necessary assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure technical queries are resolved promptly. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, order fulfilment processes, and/or administrative tasks in engineering or technical environments.
