Responsibilities:
The Head of Strategic Projects plays an important role to oversee various aspects of managing the logistics of the President Geographic Regions, President APAC through:
- Communication: Responsible for managing the senior executive's communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the media. Help craft messages and ensure that communication is consistent across all channels.
- Problem-solving: Help the senior executive solve complex problems and make difficult decisions. Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to help the executive make informed choices.
- Relationship building: Help build and maintain relationships internally and externally that are critical to the senior executives’ success.
- Project management: Lead or participate in special projects or initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
- Operations management: Oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring that resources are being used efficiently and effectively. Keeping the senior executive organized with logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day. Responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Experience with creating communications
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
