Vice President, HRIS (Permanent)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the security compliance and proficiency of cloud services and virtualized environment,
- Conduct both annual and ad hoc security cloud outsourcing review stipulated by Head Office, country regulators and/or local outsourcing committee as and when required, monthly security access review for Human Capital Management Department,
- Develop, implement, and review security policies and user matrix to safeguard employee’s data,
- Respond to compliance team on security incidents and implement corrective actions,
- Provide training and awareness programs for Human Capital Management Department, and evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies,
- Ensure latest patches are applied to all Human Capital Management’s system in a timely manner,
- Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure infrastructure resilience.
- Project Management: Be part of the HRIS project team as a designated project assignee, e.g. Project Manager, Security SME, Data SME etc., to help ensure project is planned and executed smoothly from initiation to closure,
- Represent Human Capital Management Department as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Infra security and data integration matters for automation projects. Coordinate and implement solutions in accordance with security rules with Japan Head Office Security team, and ensure compliance with regulators PDPA requirements, if any,
- Act as liaison between end users, Human Capital Management team and IT team, wherever applicable, to understand business requirements for HR related Cloud (SaaS) solutions.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and ensure solid documentation or business requirements and changes; Prepare and put forward budget plans for identified project initiatives, influencing, and negotiating with Japan Head Office to obtain support from them, if applicable.
- Be an agent of change for digitalization initiatives by advocating and helping users to understanding the purpose of change.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with around 5-7 years of experience in providing IT services to financial institutions, with experience with regional project implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud platform and security, and/or, adopt a highly motivated mindset to quickly learn and catch up with those technologies in the ever-changing technology landscape.
- Good techno-functional skills with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MAS cloud outsourcing would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and be motivated to continuous learning about work related matters with Strong stakeholder management is a critical skillset
- Willing to take an ad-hoc project as necessary, e.g., leading minor projects or change request whenever bandwidth permits.
- Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage as this role needs to communicate with stakeholders (Security Dept) in Japan Head Office.
