Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with adults at roadshow events to promote lifelong learning through various educational courses.
- Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the benefits and relevance of adult learning programs.
- Assess the interests and needs to recommend suitable courses.
- Actively participate in roadshows, corporate events, and community seminars to increase course visibility.
- Pursue sales opportunities, effectively closing enrollments and meeting sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert interest into course registrations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, education, or adult learning.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or educational promotion.
- A proactive, hunter mentality with a fearless approach to prospecting.
- Passion for promoting lifelong learning and personal development among adults.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for adult learners.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and help others.
- Effective time management and self-discipline to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
