Job Scope:
Report to the Regional Leader, Culinology, APAC.
To prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Bakery – Possess knowledge of baking techniques and processes, with the ability to follow recipes as needed.
- Pastry – Knowledge of pastry techniques and processes, know the type of pastry and their application. The ability to follow recipes as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in kitchen settings. Needs to be familiar with kitchen equipment.
- Diploma/certificate in pastry or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
