Job Description:
- Troubleshoot daily issues related to plant operations and equipment breakdowns.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery and equipment.
- Replace various components, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, diaphragm valves, pressure relief valves, check valves, lynx valves, pipelines, PIC fittings, gaskets, filters, and shafts.
- Perform minor maintenance on rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, blowers, travel band screens, coarse bar screens, agitators, conveyor screws, and hydraulic systems (Energy Recovery System).
- Maintain tanks and mixers.
- Ensure quality control in maintenance according to operational requirements and client specifications.
- Conduct RO pilot plant studies to optimize chemical usage and assist engineers in water treatment and chemical maintenance.
- Adjust chemical dosing daily for pre-treatment and post-treatment as needed.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and provide first-day induction for new workers on project rules and regulations.
- Conduct in-house training for workers.
- Monitor construction site activities closely on a daily basis.
- Regularly inspect all necessary equipment and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license
