Responsibilities
- Maintain existing business relationship through continuous follow up, responding to customers inquiries and resolving problems.
- Diligently supporting and reporting to team leads on day to day activities.
- Deliver presentations of products at customer sites.
- Recoup overdue payments from customers.
- Processing orders and ensuring prompt shipments to customers.
- Preparing packing list for warehouse to pack.
- Update customers on pending delivery dates and create delivery orders and invoices for deliveries to customers.
- Assisting deliveries for urgent shipments to customers. (Only if required)
- May required to travel to customers site for quarterly meeting, sales review and if any urgent is required
Job Requirements
- Preferably a diploma holder with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in office administration, sales administration or equivalent
