Objectives:
- Support store management in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Initiate customer interactions in the store to create a welcoming environment.
- Ensure accurate cash handling while providing an exceptional checkout experience.
Collaboration with Store Management:
- Work together to meet brand standards in customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts and cultivate customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and utilizing effective selling techniques.
- Assess customer needs and offer the appropriate level of service and product knowledge.
- Use strong communication skills to foster and maintain customer relationships.
Collaboration on Product Presentation and Operations:
- Ensure adherence to visual standards, complete daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs according to brand guidelines.
- Manage back-of-house operations and participate in store cleaning duties as required.
- Assist with other store functions as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising directives, promotions, and markdowns are completed and executed promptly.
Requirements:
- With 1-2 years of retail experience
- Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
- Positive, dynamic and results-oriented
