The Receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance for Invictus International School (Dempsey). They will provide an overall welcoming environment and handle essential general administrative tasks.
The Receptionist will be required to possess a friendly disposition, proactive, organized and be comfortable with multi-tasking.To provide support front of house support for all school stakeholders, including appropriate first aid treatment
- Processing of daily school correspondence, incoming and outgoing, telephone and email
- Following up on absenteeism of students and communicating information to staff
- Handling document preparation and photocopying
- Provide support for external providers, including the school Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) programme administration and delivery
- To collaborate with the School Secretary and SLT with liaise with the principal in the maintenance of the school’s diary and carry out appropriate tasks
- To assist Marketing and Admissions in attending to parents’ enquiries over telephone and recording of school tours data
- Respond to telephone calls and direct them to relevant parties at school
- Management of visitor log
- To act as a communication link between home and school, ensuring staff are aware of any communications regarding students.
- To receive delivery of supplies and to direct relevant receipt notes to the accounting department
- Any ad-hoc invoices, as directed by the Finance Department tasks as assigned by Principal/Deputy Principal
- To cover duties in the absence of the School Secretary in case of absence
- Any other tasks as assigned by the School Secretary or member of the School Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
