- Provide leadership and guidance to the team and responsible for the performance of the team and delivery of KPIs.
- Responsible for Property Operations of SG REIT strata areas
- Manage Facilities management
- Involve in project management for SG REIT/ MCST special projects including feasibility & reconfiguration study.
- Support project management for MCST M&E Systems upgrading / replacement works.
- Managing Fire Safety aspect of the property and the entire outsourced security and cleaners team operations.
- Provide operational budget and/or capital expenditure costing
- Close liaison with MCST on property and facilities management with regard to SG REIT strata areas.
- Handles operational efficiency in planning and / or execution of preventive, corrective programs and reactive maintenance including first responder in emergency situations.
- Overseeing security, fire safety and operational house rule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Operations preferably in Real Estate | Asset Management industry
- Immediate starter is preferred
