Location: Jurong East, West Region, Singapore
Job responsibilities:
· Full-Spectrum HR Management: Oversee and execute the entire HR function, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and off-boarding.
· Recruitment and Hiring: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of talent.
· Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, review and maintain HR policies that align with company goals and comply with local employment laws, as well as support compliance with any relevant local and international employment regulations.
· Compensation and Benefits: Conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget) and ability to analyse compensation.
· Employee Relations: Act as a key contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set clear objectives and growth plans for employees.
· Employee Engagement: Lead engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture.
· HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and improve HR processes.
· Others: Ad-hoc duties assigned by line head and the Management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role.
· Strong understanding of Singapore and international HR practices, labour laws and compliance, and employment standards. Knowledge in South-East Asia HR practices, labour laws and compliance, and employment standards will have an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
· Proficiency in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
