The Finance Manager is responsible for consolidation and the financial wellbeing of the organization by providing financial projections, accounting services, prepare growth plans and direct the finance team. Member of the food safety team and has functional responsibility over relevant clauses related to food safety
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly departmental cost reports to track and hold departmental accountability for performance against budget and forecast
- Prepare financial analysis and insights to be used for the business strategic plan, budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with IT team in implementing and streamlining finance processes (statutory and management reporting), reduce month end closing timelines and Understand and look into improvements on ERP Business Central 365 (Microsoft Navision).
- Proactive involvement in generating relevant reports, including the monthly variance analysis between actual and budget
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in cost control and efficiency throughout the business
- Provide guidance and support to finance team in their job performance.
- Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors on related matters.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the FMCG industry.
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Knowledge of Business Central 365 (Microsoft Dynamics Nav)
- Ability to work well under tight deadline and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
