The Opportunity:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Location: Alexandra
- Duration: 6 months (Renewal and conversion subject to business needs)
- Salary: Up to $3,800
Job Description:
- Handle daily document transactions and services to customers (issue PO, Invoice, Daily sales report, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance team to proceed custom clearance and incoming tax payment. Manage on-time monthly closing in system.
- Confirm product availability with customers and coordinate with SCM team and warehouse in term of logistic and other related sales issue.
- Provide good customer service, attitude and communication including face to face, telephone and email.
- Support sales other duties as assigned. (service, stock available, product details, pricing and others.
The Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience in Logistics or Sales Coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to start within short notice
