Job Descriptions:
- Assist in creating, managing, and executing real estate business plans and strategies to expand the APAC real estate portfolio in collaboration with Real Estate Business Unit in Tokyo Headquater.
- Support the oversight and management of existing real estate and infrastructure investments in Indonesia, India, and Vietnam, working with local management companies and Japanese rotation staff.
- To support to build up the new business investment portfolio in APAC region by making the strategy based on the market knowledge from the direct communication with local market player and the relationship with the local partner.
- Provide supports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager of the Real Estate & Diverse Urban Development business group by developing organizational management regulations, coordinating closely with the Real Estate and Infrastructure groups at Tokyo Headquarters, primarily in Japanese.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
- Comprehensive and deep understanding, knowledge on real estate business industry.
- More than 4 years experience in Real Estate business indsutry, including management and acquisition of real estate development projects.
- High proficiency in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Headquarter in Japan, and offices in the region.
