Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.
Duties of Technical Service Engineer:
- Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.
- Offer technical guidance and consultation to customers.
- Address and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Medical Non-Imaging Devices
