Our client is a prestigious international bank with a strong consumer banking arm. They are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to support them in growing their retail business for the offshore - Malaysia market.
Responsibilities
- Drive proactive acquisition of new Priority Offshore (Malaysia market) Sign Ups, focusing on high-potential individual customers.
- Offer a full suite of retail and priority products, including credit cards and insurance, to targeted customer segments.
- Build strong referral networks with internal teams and external partners (property agents, brokers, sales agents) to boost Priority Client leads.
- Engage affluent and mass-market clients through marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.
- Flexibility to support networking events and campaigns outside office hours, including weekends.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, delivering regular insights and product differentiation for target customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of client acquisition/sales experience in the consumer banking industry, preferably within the priority banking segment.
- Candidates with a good customer network are highly sought after.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
- Possess great command in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in a 3rd or 4th language would be highly advantageous to connect with overseas clients.
