A leading and dynamic French organization is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join its Travel Retail team.
This is an hourly paid Part-Time contract position (3-4 times a week). Working hours (5-6 hours /day or Full day or half days) can be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the hiring manager.
This role will assist in administrative and support role for the Travel Retail APAC business.
- Consolidate and update sales reports
- Courier arrangement
- Administrative support to logistics and billing arrangement
REQUIREMENT
- Good coordination and communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word.
