Job Description for clinical trial project lead
• Oversee clinical trial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Handle various administrative tasks to support project activities and maintain seamless operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of clinical trial equipment
• Data entry and collection of clinical data
• Coordinate and schedule visits, as well as recruit study subjects to ensure the smooth progression of clinical trials.
**Requirements:**
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must possess at least an ITE/Diploma in any field.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Capable of working independently on challenging projects and meeting deadlines.
- Eager to learn, prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with people.
- Ability to function as both a leader and a team player.
