Office Administrative Duties
- Process CorpPass applications and terminations
- Administer Sseason parking requests and renewals
- Order and inventory control of stationeries and pantry supplies Manage office and pantry inventories and restock supplies
- Oversee general office cleanliness and festive decoration
- Administer and maintain Ccompany mobile phones administration
- Perform relief duties at reception
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Board Secretariat
- Coordinate Board Members’ Induction and Training Programme
- Organise Board Members’ Retreat
- Provide administrative support, including Preparation,re, compilecompilation, upload and circulation ofe meeting materials
- Minutes taking
Corporate Secretariat
- Circulation and compilation of Annual AGM / EGM documents and Directors’ Resolutions
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, with good interpersonal skills
- Experienced in Office Administration at Executive level
- Good written and verbal communication
- IT savvy - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Power Point, Excel, Word and IT savvy
- Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all levels
