As an Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Greet and check in customers, announcing their arrival.
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system effectively.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly showroom.
- Ensure display vehicles are well-presented, both interior and exterior.
- Provide refreshments to customers as needed.
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- With customer service related working experience.
- Knowledge of Mircrosoft Office.
