Responsibilities
· Assist, plan and execute or draft Mechanical / Electrical / Fire / Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
· Create process flow diagrams, general arrangement drawings, piping & instrumentation diagrams, and isometrics.
· Draft and prepare Shop drawing / as-built drawing of the given MEPL service with (CAD) software.
· Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standards set by company’s quality.
· Perform file management on a regular basis.
· Participate in continual quality check and improvement of work activities.
· Complies with company safety regulations and ethics.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Assist to propose value engineering methods with the clients to interpret their requirements and represent them in the field.
· Provide technical submission of proposal / drawings / MOS / RA etc
· Able to travel for site survey/study to better understand conditions/limitations onsite and attend site meetings and necessary site walk
· Cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external stake holder.
· Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions
· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards
Requirements:
· 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in managing Additional and Alteration services in Commercial / Industrial / Plants sectors MEPL services
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or drafter / mechanical experience.
· Proficient in Good software usage in Autocad / Solidwork / Revit / BIM etc software.
· Able to work independently and yet a team player with leadership.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and task with a high attention to detail.
· Pleasant, mature, meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project.
· Preferred skill sets: good leadership skill, self-Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational/writing skills in English
