Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language
- Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level
- Manage office equipment and stationery procurement
- Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers
- Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders
- Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ
- Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
- Required skills: MS Office, MS Word
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
