Job Responsibility:
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
- Reconcile financial statements
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, Unleashed & Xero & Zoho Accounting software would be an added advantage.
- Prepare payment through Internet banking.
- Prepare Cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
