Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user concerns.
- Assist in operating system migrations and related support activities.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
- Resolve issues related to the supported end-user equipment and software.
- Install necessary software and applications on devices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the IT Service Management tool.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, adhering to SLA requirements.
- Adjust application settings to meet specific environment needs.
- Relocate computer devices and peripherals as required.
- Set up application profiles for end users.
- Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to end users.
- Guide end users on necessary tasks and procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent professional education in Information Technology or related
- At least 1 years of related working experience
