Senior Relationship Manager (FI and NBFI) - Wholesale Banking
Our client, a reputable bank is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join their Wholesale Banking team, specializing in FI and NBFI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of financial institutions, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in FIs and NBFIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business needs, financial goals, and risk appetite.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial institutions and NBFI sector.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored banking solutions that meet client requirements.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of financial institution and NBFI clients, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Monitor and manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex client portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
