Job Description
· Procurement and sales
· Source & procure equipment/ components/ spares, etc.
· Vendor evaluation and registration
· Prepare purchase requisitions
· Price negotiations
· Prepare sales contracts
· Prepare shipping documents
· Management of supplier and client relationships
· Resolve issues related to requirements, substitutions, damages, quality, delivery and other important terms and conditions.
· Ensure accurate and timely payment for invoices
· After sales service
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Business Admin with at least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in Marine/ Shipyard.
· Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skill
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Words and Powerpoint, etc.)
