Job Duties:
· Assist the Customer Service team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support channels.
· Process orders accurately by checking, printing, scanning the Collection Order/ Delivery Order (CODO), matching with Purchase Order (PO).
· Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner by liaising with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customers’ interactions and follow-up actions taken.
· Prepare monthly reports / consolidated figures as required by the Customer.
· Submission of daily collections to NEA e-tracking system.
· Coordinate with Transport department to arrange and schedule collection date and time.
· Liaise with Operations on details of Customer’s requirements.
· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
· Maintain a positive and professional work ethics while working with customers and other team members.
Requirement:
· Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Customer service oriented, positive and highly motivated individual.
· Target driven and possessed can-do attitude.
· Excellent communication skill.
· Well-groomed, good interpersonal skills and confident.
