Job Overview:
Supports the finance and accounting activities of CFS to ensure proper recording of all financial transactions and compliance with governance and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for finance functions including month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintains partial / full set of accounts including audit schedules.
- Purchasing management and processing
- Processes vendor payments.
- Cashflow management
- Ensures compliance with audit, statutory and constitution requirements.
- Assist in systems implementations / integrations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years working experience.
- Able to handle full set of accounts, preferably with experience in accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access).
- Team player who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in charity / non-profit organization will be advantageous
*This is a 9-months contract position and candidates available to start work from Mid-Nov'2024 is preferred.
