QS coordinator responsibilities:
1. Assist in Cost estimation and budgeting
2. Assist in tendering and contract administration
3. Assist in Risk management and mitigation
4. Assist in Cost control and monitoring
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate day-to-day operations
2. Manage logistics and supply chain
3. Ensure compliance with regulations
4. Maintain documentation and records
Shared Responsibilities:
1. Communication with clients/stakeholders
2. Project planning and scheduling
3. Resource allocation and management
4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution
5. Continuous process improvement

Skills Required:
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field
