Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and creative person, experienced in Retail / Commercial / Corporate office design. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design or higher. The candidate should be able to arrange project design phase, begin with design proposal until project supervision. Having skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Preferably Executive specialized in Retail / Commercial Interior Design or equivalent.
- Must have a passion for design and strive for innovation
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
- Allocate and able to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
- Able to do presentation of design concept to client with confident
- Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- Ensure site complies with design specifications and building regulations
- Conduct client meetings and reporting of design progress together with Project Managers
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or work as a team in dynamic and positive environment
- Work on own innovative to developing new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones
Skills & Experience
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Retail / Commercial / Corporate Office Interior Design
- A dedicated and responsible individual
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Textile/Fashion Design, Architecture or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)
- Persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors
- Work rapidly under pressure with no discrepancies
- Operate effectively and efficiently, operate collaboratively and as part of team
- Adopt hand’s on approach and has “can do attitude”
