Position Objective
This role will provide strategic leadership in overseeing the admissions, marketing, and community engagement functions at Brighton College (Singapore). The role focuses on integrating efforts across these areas to attract, retain, and engage pupils and families, while maintaining the high standards of Brighton College (Singapore)'s brand. This role will ensure a smooth admissions process, effective marketing strategies, and strong community ties, with particular emphasis on pupil retention as they progress through the school.
- Lead and oversee the work of the Head of Admissions, ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process from enquiry to the pupil’s arrival at the school.
- Provide oversight of the admissions pipeline, ensuring prospective pupils are appropriately
- processed through each stage, balancing the need for timely action with rigorous adherence to selection criteria.
- Supervise the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure the school's messaging is consistent, engaging, and reflects the school’s ‘super-premium’ brand.
- Ensure all communications, both internal and external, are aligned with the school’s mission, values, and ethos.
- Undertake analysis of previous campaigns, to ensure we know which forms of advertising provide the best value for money.
- Work closely with the College’s multiple stakeholders, including Cognita, and Brighton College.
- Liaising with Cognita to ensure the effective use of admissions systems such as Dynamics, as well as utilizing data from initiatives like the 'Voice of the Parents' and 'Voice of the Students' surveys to inform decision-making and improve processes
- collaborate with Brighton College UK to ensure that all marketing, admissions, and outreach efforts are aligned with their brand identity and standards, upholding the prestigious reputation of the Brighton College family of schools.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven experience in a leadership role within admissions, marketing, or communications, preferably within an educational environment.
- Strong understanding of enrolment management strategies, including lead generation and conversion processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans to enhance the school's visibility and attract prospective families.
- Experience with data analysis and using insights to guide decision-making and improve processes.
