Key Responsibilities:
Client Support and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their daily inquiries and requests.
- Provide timely and accurate information in response to client questions about products, services, and order statuses.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with key clients to enhance their satisfaction.
Order Management and Coordination:
- Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to meet customer needs.
- Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
Issue Resolution:
- Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Proactively identify potential problems and take measures to prevent them from affecting the customer experience.
Client Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on account activities, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:
- Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.
- Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues.
