Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of application system such as: Perform regular risk assessment to identify security and/or other compliance issues with IT policies and procedures, liaise with the relevant subject matter experts to provide solutions, and oversee the proper implementation of such solutions;
- Monitor and maintain the software licenses and maintenance support relating to the systems and coordinate the procurement and renewal as necessary;
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure proper system administration
- Plan and implement system enhancements to meet user change requests, including such as: Providing estimated costs and timeline to implement the changes;
- Securing the necessary resources to carry out the changes
- Assisting users during requirement gathering and user acceptance testing to ensure clarity of scope and quality of the developers’ work;
- Oversee the proper implementation of the changes
