Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Lead with strong skills to join our team. This role is essential in driving new client acquisition, managing key relationships, and leading a team of recruitment consultants. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, lead business development efforts to expand our client base, and provide mentorship to team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients to establish new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to meet growth objectives.
- Create tailored recruitment proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing EV Search’s capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitable partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, attending networking events and conferences to drive brand visibility.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing insights and support to enhance the recruitment process.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to offer stage, for senior and mid-level executive positions across various industries.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring targets are met and fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
- Market Research & Candidate Sourcing: Conduct market research to understand client industries, actively source candidates, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on team performance and KPIs, implementing improvements and strategizing to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with interest to become the team leader.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in executive search or recruitment across various industries; knowledge of the APAC market is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Open minded. Show ability to manage and mentor a team.
- High-level organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
