- As coordinator, you will work with the Program manager to support the overall PMO for our multiple existing and future collaborations
- Coordinate internal groups in the Firm to shape our next partnership collaborations
- Ensure tight coordination of quarterly steering committees where the relevant groups will demonstrate progress, and track adherence to the KPIs, flagging any discrepancy ahead of time, and helping to find suitable solutions.
- Ensure compliance of our reporting obligations and audit for the various collaborations
- Audit preparation and documentation; computation of grant disbursement with our Finance team; end-of-project audit
- Be the point person for all visits/workshops, working with teams and clients to plan the agenda and aligning on availability of facilities to carry out the visit
- Maintain the CRM system ,keeping the distribution list of newsletters and events current; the CRM would include both internal and external visitors
- Implementation of improvements to the workshop experience based on feedback collected post visits
- Support the managers on team management (interns), including recruitment, onboard training, performance management etc
- Support Finance team on financial performance analysis and review
Qualifications:
- 2+ years professional experience
- Excellent oral communication and facilitation skills, including presentation
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Energetic and cooperative personality
