Job Description & Requirements
• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
• Coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches including layouts, elevations and details for further operation.
• Involved in detailed site investigation, terrain, landform, underground and other conditions as generate various technical design example drainage, power and communication supply.
• Participate in management and implementation of design and various technical data, responsible for compilation of construction operation instructions and technology summary and report to Managers.
• Prepare detailed monthly and weekly progress plans to project team according to monthly/annually progress targets as assigned.
• Communicate with government personnel/owner/developer to coordinate existing site issue as necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including updates on the construction timeline, budget, and any delays or issues encountere
• Oversee the operation of the shipyard infrastructure, including dry docks, docks, slipways, shipbuilding sheds, cranes and other mechanical systems.
• Ensures timely, safe, and cost-effective design and implementation throughout the project lifecycle from conception to client satisfaction.
•Analyze engineering problems, like settlement, load-bearing issues, and structural stability, ensuring the safety of the bridge.
• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
• Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards
• Supervise construction in waterfront environments, including the building of marine structures such as jetties, breakwaters, and wharves.
• Collaborate with marine and civil engineers to ensure structural stability, particularly in areas such as dock walls, underwater foundations, and load-bearing structures
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-risk activities like working at heights, heavy lifting, and working over water.
• Lead a team of workes developing, and address training needs when necessary
• Coordinate the regular testing of to address faults, and provide evaluations to improve
• Write and prepare several construction technical plans as for backup
• Compile schedule plan and personnel mechanical allocation table as report for managers
• Management of all site engineers on using machine at work for coordination matters
• Review and interpret detailed engineering designs, blueprints, and project specifications related to shipyard infrastructure such as dry docks, piers, cranes, and auxiliary facilities.
• Supervising work for the safety and the efficiency of production on technical progress at site
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering/Bridge, Road, Engineering
• Minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in the Marine & Bridge Projects
• Experience with Marine Project will be preffered
• Ability to clearly particulate expectations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Revit & Civil 3D BIM application.
• Able to supervise and lead the survey team for handling all survey related issues.
• Able to provide design and drawings based on requirement and quotation.
• Comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge on Marine Construction Site exp: Mechanical systems, Construction of Port Environment, Underwater construction, Bridge Marine Foundation Work, Equipment Structural standard, Earthwork survey, Geological research, Environmental Protection Regulation
