Responsibilities:
· Assisting in Daily business operation.
· Ensure safety and hygiene of the centre.
· Assist on events and activities for customers which range from kids to young adults
· Provide excellent Customer Service
Requirements:

· Must be able to handle challenging situations confidently and calmly.
· Prior experience in a customer service, and customer facing roles.
· Able to work on weekends, public holidays and school holidays when required.
· Good command of English language and another language fluently.
· Able to be disciplined and adhere to company policies and reliably turn up on time as scheduled.
· Willing and able to do general duties at the centre including opening and closing procedures.
· Fit and able physically - May at times require movements across floors and levels as well as participation in some physically challenging activities (running, climbing, jumping)
Will be advantageous if you have the following experience as well:
1. Organizing and Running Events
2. Was from attractions, tourism, adventure, team building/ training, education or events industry or have exposures similar to these areas.
3. Trained in first aid, rescue or emergency training.
4. Corporate Sales and Service experience
5. Ability to speak a second language well such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean
