- Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims with client/consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation costs claimsPrepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Assist to oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variations claim
- Work closely with the project team and oversee the quantity surveying team in the analysis, evaluation and negotiations of quotations, to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
Requirement
Dip or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Familiar with infrastucture projects
