Our client is a multi-billion-dollar global tech MNC. We are actively hiring a recruitment coordinator in Singapore to join their ASEAN team on a contract basis.


As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a role in managing the recruitment process.

- Scheduling candidate interviews, acting as a liaison between recruiters and candidates, and generating offer letters.

- Submitting and monitoring background checks, ensuring candidates complete their onboarding documents, and coordinating travel for interviews.

- Your role extends to enhancing the candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

- Experience: upto 1 year into recruitment and recruitment process coordination

- Good communication skills and attitude

- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin is good to have.

Responsibilities:

- Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate travel for interview purposes.

- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between recruiters and candidates to facilitate communication.

- Offer Management: Generate offer letters and submit and monitor background checks.

- Onboarding Oversight: Monitor candidate completion of onboarding documents and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

- Training and Onboarding: Lead the onboarding and training of new coordinators, including constructing and implementing training plans.

- Coordinator Support: Act as a buddy for newly onboarded coordinators to help them navigate the client environment and culture.

- Audit Assistance: Assist with SOX audits.
