As a Title: Marketing Executive
As a Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the fine wine and alcohol supply industry, working closely with sales stakeholders to target the right audience. You'll help create effective marketing materials and may even collaborate on tasting sessions to engage potential customers. - Full-time, Permanent Position
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Work Location: Kallang (hot desk / flexi)
- Monthly Base Salary: $2800 - $3200
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns; create timely content and creative reels for TikTok and Instagram.
- Social Media Management: Support the management of social media channels by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Utilize basic SEO knowledge to optimize website content for target audiences and increase organic followers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to target private clients and propose creative campaigns for festive occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc.
- Aid in setting up and monitoring digital advertising campaigns; assist in executing email marketing, including template creation and list segmentation.
- Conduct basic photoshoots for new stock images of gift sets and wines; update monthly wine catalogs and produce weekly email newsletters.
- Track key metrics using tools like Google Analytics to provide optimization insights; research industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts; assist relevant department/clients for marketing materials related to collaborations and events.
- Propose new promotions and campaigns to management; collaborate with the team to enhance and execute strategies effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of marketing experience required ( including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing )
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Preferably proficient in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Canva, MailChimp and basic Microsoft office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to learn about fine wines and alcohol industry
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in managing Chinese social media platforms, such as Xiao Hong Shu.
