We are looking for a Freelance Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to support us for 3 months and prefer someone who can join us on a short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Management:
o Orchestrate end-to-end activities of projects from Client brief to timely delivery of materials
o Runs account projects including timing plans, production budgets, resource, client requests
etc.
o Organises and is accountable for timelines, status reports and internal reviews.
o Ensures that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the Client
are compiled with guaranteeing quality assurance.
· Stakeholder Relationship:
o Builds and own a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, planning and creative teams.
o Understand Client’s business, values and their needs intently.
· Business Acumen:
o Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through writing clear, concise, and
detailed creative briefs.
o Progress project with initiative and understanding, based on Client insight and the role played
by other departments.
o The ability to present and sell creative ideas, by persuading the Client of its merits.
o Understands qualitative and quantitative research and how to apply learnings back into the
creative work.
o The ability to build a solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
Undertake/oversees good competitive reviews and compiles brand audits.
· Process Effectiveness:
o Has responsibility for the financial activity on the account by ensuring timely project billing – all CEs signed, POs secured and invoices sent within the appropriate timelines.
o Provides accurate estimates and invoices activity on the account.
o Develop an understanding on how to grow Client business.
Skills & Experience:
· Displays a grounded understanding of advertising and marketing campaigns
· Experience working with SEA markets
· Knows and understands the FMCG way of working (consumer research etc) would be a plus
