Description of Role, Key Duties and Responsibilities
The role of Gasoil Broker will broadly comprise:
(i) executing client orders and price matching services, in line with best execution policy, in respect of energy commodity derivatives; and (ii) understanding and providing clients with information regarding the derivatives market and highlight trading opportunities.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
(i) researching and writing market reports and analysis;
(ii) pricing and discussing trades for and with clients;
(iii) working with other members of the Arrow Energy Markets team to meet client needs;
(iv) service and develop client relationships, including by providing valuable and frequent communications with clients;
(v) acting in a way which complies with the regulatory environment;
(vi) work with other team members to increase business trading volumes and number of clients, including by undertaking business development activities.

(xi) fluency in English an.
In addition, knowledge and experience is required in/of:
(i) financial instruments (in particular, commodity derivatives);
(ii) the shipping and energy sectors;
(iii) derivative and physical markets.
Qualifications Required:
University degree;
Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment qualifications - Level 3 in Financial Regulation and Derivatives.
