Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
professionally. - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that the store layout is visually appealing and products are well-
presented. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock
replenishment. - Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and
markdowns. - Collaborate with the management team to optimize inventory levels.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make recommendations for
improvement.
Job Requirements
- Having min. 2-year related experience as a store supervisor especially in retail company
- Excellency in customer service, passionate with good fashion sense
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
- Energetic and positive
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
