Store Supervisor (Lacoste)

Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
    professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that the store layout is visually appealing and products are well-
    presented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock
    replenishment.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and
    markdowns.
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize inventory levels.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make recommendations for
    improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Having min. 2-year related experience as a store supervisor especially in retail company
  • Excellency in customer service, passionate with good fashion sense
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Service oriented with great passion for retail industry
  • Energetic and positive
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
