We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive who has selling experience with Latin markets. The role will report to our Sales Manager of International Markets. The responsibilities of the role will include revenue generation of assigned portfolios and attributes that we are looking for include excellent communication skills, self-motivation; and contributing towards growth in prospecting, following up on leads; supporting clients and the overall sales organization in selling the full suite of bearings products across industries; and managing B2B sales pipeline to meet the annual sales quota specifically in the Latin markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new accounts
- Drive sales, monitor, track and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
- Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets, objectives, and track sales performance and metrics
- Preparation of proposals, submit quotations, and tenders
- Ensure customer orders are processed accordingly
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure continuous growth
- Expand market share with existing and new customers
- Enhance value-added selling approach
- Provide quality after-sales service to customers
- Experience in selling electronics/mechanical components
The Successful Applicant:
- Preferably with a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with Industrial experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Experience in Engineering or a related field would be an added advantage
- A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
